All course materials, content, and resources are the intellectual property of Master AI & Automation and are protected under Indian copyright law.
You retain ownership of any content you create during courses, but grant us a license to use it for educational purposes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Service availability is subject to maintenance schedules.
Payment terms will be provided upon enrollment confirmation. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, to the extent permitted by Indian law.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of enrollment for eligible programs.
Refunds are available if less than 20% of course content has been accessed and no certificates have been issued.
Once course materials are downloaded or certificates are issued, the purchase becomes non-refundable as per digital goods policies.
To request a refund, email refunds@boseed.digital with your enrollment details and reason for refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Partial refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.
Administrative fees, completed certifications, and one-on-one coaching sessions are non-refundable.
You may cancel enrollment within the 14-day window without penalty if eligibility criteria are met.
If technical issues prevent access to courses, we will extend access or provide refunds as appropriate.
Refund disputes will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
